Refund Policy

Domain Names - Once you order  the registration or renewal of a domain name it is non-refundable. Always double  check that the domain name you are purchasing is the correct spelling. Once the  order is completed, it is too late to change it and you will own it for one  year.

Hosting Charges - Hosting fees  are paid in advance and are non-refundable. If you choose to move your site to a  new host halfway through the paid period you simply forfeit the remaining funds  left on your account. Deb's Webs cannot be held liable for server related issues  connected with down time resulting in loss of business. Deb's Webs prides itself  on a 99.9% up time with a first-rate hosting service.

Web Services - Once a deposit is paid with labor and expenses pending, Deb's Webs cannot offer a refund. If a  deposit is paid and work has not yet started, your deposit would be 100%  refundable. At the end of the design period, upon completion your final payment  is due. We guarantee our work and want you to be happy!
